Job responsibilities：
1、Responsible for the implementation of foreign procurement contracts, including (but not limited to) stocking, chartering and booking, preparation of bills and settlement, verification and cancellation of foreign exchange receipts, etc.;
2、Enter product information quickly and accurately to provide a timely and reliable data basis for the operation of the contract;
3、Track and supervise the execution of the contract, and timely report relevant conditions;
4、Be able to independently produce a complete set of documents and related inspection certificates, and independently contact the freight forwarder to deliver the goods safely into the warehouse;
5、 Keep the customer's information and samples properly and file them in an orderly manner;
6. Keep corporate business confidential.
Job Requirements:
1. Understand the import and export business process, familiar with foreign trade import and export business links, relevant experience is preferred;
2. English level 6 or above, familiar with the use of various office software;
3. Have good communication, quick response and strong sense of responsibility;
4. College degree or above, major in international trade and English.
