Focus on the design of Lenovo's hinge. Although   Lenovo's design here has not passed the test of time, I dare say that the   design of the hinge is much stronger than that of Xiaomi. First of all,   Xiaomi’s folding hinge is designed on the front handlebar pillar. The advantage   of this design is that it is the handlebar pillar that is bent, so after the   pillar is folded, the maximum length of the transportation mode is the length   of the body (front wheel to rear wheel). The handlebars are designed to be   taller so that they can be held by taller people when riding. When the car is   opened, the overall aspect ratio is more coordinated. Moreover, the vehicle   deck remains intact and more rigid. It is convenient for the vehicle to stand   after being folded. At the same time it looks better. But the shortcomings of   this design are equally obvious. First of all, the handle is a lever. The   higher the forward inertia, the easier it is to move the car body, which is   unsafe. Then, the hinge is designed on the handlebar pillar. This hinge will receive   forward thrust, backward pull, and left and right rotation torque transmitted   from the handlebar along with starting, braking, and steering. It will also   be subject to upward impact from the bumps. Therefore, the metal of the hinge   part is very prone to deformation and fatigue. From the feedback of Xiaomi   riders, it can also be seen that the handlebar will become more and more   framed and looser. And after folding, Xiaomi's scooter is locked by the bell   (you read it right, the bell) and the rear fender. This design is very   clever, but the disadvantage is that the handlebars can be twisted after   folding, and the rear fender is made of plastic and the lock is rubber, which   is a bit weak. Some riders have broken fenders and broken locks. Therefore,   Lenovo designed this hinge on the front section of the deck. One is that the   hinge is still used to lock the folded state after folding. The advantage of   this design is that the driving mode shaft is only subjected to the upward   impact from the bottom of the vehicle when bumped, and there are three types   of shock absorbers to filter this impact. Therefore, the shaft has no effect   on the driving texture of the car body. And although the internal structure   of the Lenovo shaft cannot be seen, it can be felt that the inside of the   shaft is somewhat similar to a clutch through the working method of   self-locking. There are large metal positioning pins or gears inside to lock   the shaft. This design method is destined to be very strong. I am more   confident in his durability. And compared to the folding locking wrenches of   two scooters, Lenovo's wrenches have a self-locking switch (safety), which   can be folded in one step, and it feels very light, which saves effort and   time. Xiaomi's folding wrench is relatively strenuous no matter when it is   locked or opened. And after locking, you need to manually put on the   insurance. This is not cool enough. The intensity is very high. But there is   a disadvantage that there is no fulcrum on the ground, and the chassis hits   the ground directly.

3.   Comfort and performance. Lenovo is more pleasing

Xiaomi's   scooters have no comfort at all, they are all rigid connections, and the   tires are the only shock absorption. The slightest vibration will be   transmitted to you. You must bend your legs and hunch your back to absorb the   shock of your head.This   kind of car is designed to have a 45km battery life. 25km per hour, stand on it for   two hours, and let your mind come out. Press the switch to torque directly.   This is a bit irritating, and a bit dangerous. Because the starting center of   gravity is shifted backward, the front wheel is easy to slip. I have been   riding for a long time and I have become accustomed to the front wheel   skidding. Lenovo's scooters are very comfortable front and rear shock   absorption, and the electric door can obviously feel that it is specially   adjusted for comfort. The torque comes slowly when you press the switch. The   inertia causes the body to recline, but the front shock absorber extends in   time, just to ensure that the front wheels have sufficient grip. I have been   riding uphill or on various roads for a long time, and I haven't gotten the   front wheels to skid. Riding Xiaomi you need to keep an eye on the road   conditions and roads at all times, and avoid tiny obstacles on the ground.   Find a gentle route at any time while driving to make yourself more   comfortable. With the M2's triple shock absorption, you only need to control   the switch and direction, and leave the rest to M2. This feeling will only   make you idle long enough.

This may   be better for Xiaomi. Xiaomi's scooters are also sold abroad. It was cracked   by foreign hackers. You can customize a firmware in minutes on the website,   and you can adjust the startup speed, the maximum speed, and the maximum   power of each gear yourself. You can use the scooter to save electricity or   be more irritable. I also hope that Lenovo officials can do this. After all,   why not make a toy absolute.
